Inspired by a lifelong love for cooking, my journey into creating sauces and spices began with BBQ sessions outside of Club Raggs. My passion grew from there, leading me to develop my own signature sauce that reflects my personal taste: a perfect blend of sweet, savory, and spicy with a kick of health-conscious ingredients.

What sets my products apart is the heart I pour into every recipe. Made with local, fresh ingredients—some organic—these flavors bring families together around the table. Influenced by the rich culture of southern life along the bayou, my sauces and spices are designed for everyone in the family, combining bold flavors with a healthy twist.

From experimenting with spices to perfect my BBQ rub to creating a sauce for those who love it sticky, my culinary journey has been all about preparation and passion. I’m proud to have won first place in several BBQ competitions and aim to take my products to local and international markets.

My signature Baby Back Ribs and Swamp Mash highlight the essence of what I do—cooking from the heart to feed the soul. With every product, I hope to deliver exceptional flavors that spark conversations and create unforgettable family meals.
